SMS Interlocking Features

The SMS system has beem designed with a series of dados that create grooves and channels with presicion to the 1/100th of an inch for a smooth and snug slide and fit.

The 64 right angles at the joint of every 4 interlocking tiles create a series of up/down/left/right tension forces that along with gravity and friction help create stability and durability. The more balanced the interconnectivity the more stable the unit.

Weight is diffused through the system of interlocking joints, vertical and horizontal tiles.  The more complex the inter-connectivity the heavier the load yields.
